The MAURIA EVO GTX Ws shoes are suitable for mountain walks and hikes, as well as for everyday activities in winter. The GORE-TEX® membrane protects against water penetration, but also allows the foot to breathe. The laces of these shoes are designed in a special system - 2-Zone-Lacing with Independently adjustable lacing zones, one on the forefoot and one on the upper, for an improved individualised fit and better adjustments for personal comfort and different foot anatomy. After the laces are tightened at the bottom, they can be locked in place using the buckle hook. The tongue is anatomically shaped for increased flexibility and comfort, and the LOWA X-lace holds it correctly both vertically and horizontally. The modern Vibram® Apptrail sole with a self-cleaning gaffer provides excellent traction when climbing or descending, as well as on winter terrain. LOWA FlexFit makes ankle movement easier, thanks to the integrated "FlexZone" and the flexible "LaceLoop".
